Savannah is a contemporary American restaurant featuring regional cooking with a Southern accent. Our menu offers a
variety of grilled and house-smoked chops, ribs, steaks and
seafood. Signature dishes include Apple-wood smoked Prime Rib, Zinfandel Braised Short Ribs, Maple and Spice Glazed Salmon, Chipotle-Honey Glazed Baby Back Ribs and a signature Hot Sharffen Berger Chocolate Soufflé baked to order. We strive to source and serve organically grown produce, naturally and humanely raised meat and poultry, and sustainable and
renewable seafood species.
The ambience in our restaurants is warm and casual…upscale
yet comfortable and relaxed. Our wine list offers a selection of California and West Coast labels. Our lounges are lively and feature menus offering many ‘craveable’ finger foods and small plate dishes. We also feature an extensive selection of wines by
